| Directions for use | Microwave Instructions: 750w: 1 1/2 minutes, stir and re-cover, 1 1/2 minutes 850w: 1 1/2 minutes, stir and re-cover, 1 minute 1000w: 1 minute, stir and re-cover, 1 minute Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging Place 80g of Frozen Broccoli into a non-metallic container and add 15ml (1 tablespoon) of water. Cover with microwaveable film or a saucer. Heat on full power for the time specified, stir and re-cover as directed. Stand for 1 minute and drain before serving. Saucepan Instructions: Place the required amount of frozen broccoli into a saucepan with sufficient boiling water to cover. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and serve. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. |
