DIRECTIONS FOR USE: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place tray in a microwave and cook on full power for the time specified above. Caution: Beware of escaping steam when removing film lid. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. From Frozen: C/750w 12 minutes, stand for 1 minute D/850w 11 minutes, stand for 1 minute E/1000W 10 minutes, stand for 1 minute Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place tray in a microwave and cook on full power for the 7 mins. Take out, peel back film carefully and add 1 Tbsp of water to the rice and stir both sides separately. Return to the microwave for the remaining time i.e. 5 mins 750W, 4 mins 850W and 3 mins 1000W.
