| Directions for use | All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. STEAM: Place the fillets in a steamer, or steam over a pan of simmering water for 12–14 minutes. OVEN: (Electric 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 5) for 15-20 minutes. Place the fillets on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for the time specified. GRILL: Place the fillets under a preheated medium grill for 12–15 minutes, turning half way through cooking. POACH: Place the fillets in a saucepan, half cover with wine, stock, milk or water, cover saucepan and cook gently for 10-15 minutes. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. |
