Storage instructions | Keep refrigerated below 5°C at bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted. |
Directions for use | Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. NOTE: This product is suitable for oven cooking in its own packaging. Remove the cardboard packaging. Oven: Fan 180°C/Electric 200°C/Gas 6 – 45 mins. Place the fillet on a baking tray/dish into a preheated oven and cook for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, cut open ovenable bag carefully as the fillet will be piping hot, return tray to the oven and allow to brown for an additional 5-10 minutes. Carefully remove the tray from oven and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes. Remove the fillet from the bag to a suitable carving surface. Serve immediately after carving. Please note, pork may appear pink when fully cooked due to contact with the cured streaky bacon on the product. |
