Directions for use Can be eaten hot or cold. Remove all packaging and slice. GRILL: Place under a preheated grill at a low temperature and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, turning occasionally. Remove from the grill when the halloumi is golden brown on both sides. SHALLOW FRY: Add to a well oiled frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes, turning once. Drain well before serving. Ensure the product is thoroughly heated and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
