Place the lasagne sheets in an ovenproof dish, alternating layers of pasta with your favourite sauce and béchamel sauce. Bake in the oven for time specified above. if you prefer a softer pasta, boil the lasagne in salted water for 1 minute before placing in the ovenproof dish. For cannelloni, brush the pasta sheet with water to soften them. Place the filling along the short side of each sheet and roll up the pasta. Cover the base of an ovenproof dish with a layer of béchamel sauce and place the cannelloni on top. Cover with a thick layer of béchamel sauce and your garnish. Bake in the oven for the time specified above. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. |
