Directions for use MICROWAVE: Place 200g of cauliflower florets into a non-metallic dish and add 2 tablespoons of water. Cover with microwaveable film or a saucer. Heat on full power for the time specified, stir and re-cover as directed. Stand for 1 minute. 750W-4 minutes & 30 seconds, stir & re-cover, 4 minutes & 30 seconds. 850W-4 minutes, stir & re-cover, 4 minutes. 1000W-3 minutes, stir & re-cover, 3 minutes. Beware of escaping steam when removing film or saucer. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. BOIL: Put the required amount of cauliflower florets into a pan of boiling water, bring to the boil and simmer for 4-6 minutes. Drain and serve. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Warnings To avoid danger of suffocation, keep this wrapper away from babies and small children. Do not eat raw.
Storage instructions Keep Frozen. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Must be -18°C or colder.
