Directions for use Place 6 heaped tablespoons (approx. 40g) of Instant Hot Oat Cereal into a non-metallic microwaveable bowl. Gradually mix with 200ml of milk, stir and then cover with microwaveable film or saucer. Heat on full power for the time specified above, stir and re-cover halfway through cooking time. Stir well, stand for a minute then add sugar to taste and serve. Caution: Beware of escaping steam when removing film or saucer. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Or just add hot milk. Simply add 200ml of boiling milk to 6 heaped tablespoons (approx. 40g) of Instant Hot Oat Cereal, stirring continuously. add sugar to taste and serve. Ensure product is thoroughly heated before serving. Please be careful with hot product or liquid. Once prepared, do not store or re-heat.
