| Directions for use | Remove all packaging. BOIL: Do not pre-soak the joint. Place the beef joint into a saucepan with enough water to cover the joint. Cover and bring to the boil, then simmer for 75 minutes per kg, plus 30 minutes extra, adding hot water as required. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Drain off water and serve immediately. For cold eating allow to cool for 1 hour in the cooling liquid to prevent drying out then refrigerate. Do not reheat. |
