Do not refreeze once defrosted. |
| Directions for use | Remove all packaging. All appliances vary this is a guide only. Oven: Place on a baking tray, Season with salt & pepper if desired & cover with baking / tin foil. Place on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for the time specified (Fan - 170°C, 27 mins per 500g plus 20 mins, Electric - 180°C, 30 mins per 500g plus 20 mins, Gas - 5, 25 mins per 500g plus 20 mins). Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat. |
