| Storage instructions | Keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours and by date shown. Not suitable for freezing. |
| Directions for use | Remove all packaging. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Set the glaze sachet aside. Boil and finish in the oven as detailed below. Step 1 BOIL: Place ham in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for 45 minutes per kg. Remove the ham from the water and allow to rest for a minimum of 30 minutes. Step 2 OVEN: Place the boiled ham on a roasting tray. Open the glaze sachet and pour the glaze over the ham and using a brush, ensure the ham is completely covered in glaze. Place on the middle shelf of a preheated oven and cook for 40 minutes, brushing with glaze every 10 minutes, or until the ham is golden and caramelised (Electric 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 6). Once cooked, allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before carving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains, and the juices run clear. Do not reheat. |
