Storage instructions Keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours and by date shown. Freezing: Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Directions for use Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils. Remove all packaging. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Oven: Electric 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for 35 minutes. Preheat oven. Transfer belly slices to an oven proof tray and space out evenly. Cook for the time specified, turning halfway through cooking. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving. BBQ: Cook as above then transfer to a prepared barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
