| Directions for use | Remove all packaging. As appliances vary, the times and temperatures given are guidelines only. OVEN: (Fan: 180°C; Electric: 200°C; Gas Mark 6) Pre-heat oven. Transfer belly slices to an oven proof tray and space out evenly, turning halfway through cooking. Cook for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving. BBQ: Cook as above then transfer to a prepared barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. |
