Directions for use Always was hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging. As appliances and depth of chops may vary, the times and temperatures given are guidelines only. Grill: Place under a preheated medium/high grill for 16-18 minutes, turning occasionally. Cover and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. BBQ: Cook as above then transfer to a prepared barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot thoroughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
