| Directions for use | As appliances vary, the times and temperatures given are guidelines only. OVEN: Please remove all the labels from the bag prior to cooking. Cook the joint in the bag by placing on a baking tray/dish and putting on the middle shelf of a preheated oven at Fan 180°C/Electric 200°C/Gas 6 and cook for 40 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes. Open the packaging carefully - the joint will be piping hot. Remove the joint to a suitable carving surface. Serve immediately after carving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. |
