Storage instructions Keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Directions for use Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove sleeve and plastic film from the foil tray. Oven: Fan 170°C/Electric190°C/Gas 5: 80 minutes. Place tinfoil over the tray covering the product. Place the tray onto the middle shelf of the preheated oven and cook for 70 minutes. Remove joint from the tin. Cover the joint with the honey and mustard and place back into the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown, ensuring not to overcook. Remove joint from foil tray. Allow the joint to stand for 5-10 minutes before carving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout . Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
