| Storage instructions | Keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days and by date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted. |
| Directions for use | Remove all packaging. BOIL: Place joint in a large saucepan of cold water and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approx. 50 minutes. Remove cooked joint from the water and stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. |
