| Directions for use | All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. BOIL: Place joint in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to the boil, skim the surface, cover with a lid and simmer for 20/25 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes. Remove cooked joint from the water and stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. |
