Storage instructions For use by: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated at 0-5°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Directions for use Oven cook - From Chilled - Fan: 180°C 35 mins/ Electric 200°C 35 mins/ Gas Mark 7 35 min All appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only: Remove all packaging. Place sauce sachet aside for later use. Using scissors, carefully cut open the plastic pouch and place contents into an oven proof dish. Cover tightly and place product onto the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and discard cooking juices. Pour contents of the sauce sachet over the gammon shanks. Place back in the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
