FAN: 140°C 25 minutes ELECTRIC:160°C 25 minutes GAS: Gas 3 25 minutes Ensure product is thoroughly heated and piping hot throughout. Do no reheat. MICROWAVE: Place the fillets on a microwaveable plate and cover with microwaveable film or a saucer. Heat on full power for the time specified. 850W: 35 seconds 750W: 40 seconds 1000W 30 seconds.
