Directions for use | MICROWAVE: Remove film lid and invert the basin on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power for the time specified (750W - 3 mins, stand for 2 mins, 2 mins/850W - 2 1/2 mins, stand for 2 mins, 2 mins/1000W - 2 mins, stand for 2 mins, 2 mins). Stand for 3 minutes before serving. Gently squeeze the basin to release the pudding. BOIL: Do not remove film lid. Put the basin on a trivet or heat resistant saucer in a saucepan to avoid direct heat. Fill the saucepan to one third of the height of the basin with water. Cover, bring back to boil and simmer for 2 hours. Ensure water does not enter the pudding and do not allow the pan to boil dry. STEAM: Do not remove film lid. Place basin in a steamer over boiling water for 2 hours. Do not allow to boil dry. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. |
