Directions for use | Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place 200g of baby carrots into a non-metallic dish and add 2 tablespoons of water. Cover with microwaveable film or a saucer. Heat on full power for the time specified above, stir and re-cover as directed. Stand for 1 minute. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. BOIL: 4-6 minutes Put the required amount of baby carrots into a pan of boiling water, bring back again and cook for 4-6 minutes. |
