| Directions for use | 1. Slice the onion, peppers and 500g of the chicken into thin strip. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Add the chicken and cook for approx. 8 minutes until the meat is browned. 3. Add the sliced peppers and onion and the contents of the fajita seasoning sachet. Stir-fry until the meat is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Ensure the seasoning is well distributed. 4. Heat tortillas in a microwave for 40 seconds (750W), 33 seconds (850W), 30 seconds (1000W). Or wrap in foil and warm in a preheated oven for 10 minutes (Fan 130°C/Electric 150°C/Gas 2). Fill each tortilla with chicken and vegetable mix and top with salsa for a vegetarian option swap the chicken for roasted sweet potato and mushroom. Wrap, serve and enjoy! |
