Directions for use | Remove outer packaging and film lid. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. For best results, cook from frozen. To defrost, remove outer packaging and place at the bottom of the fridge for 24-36 hours, or until completely thawed. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted. From Frozen: OVEN: Electric 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 for 2 hours. Cover with foil and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 1 hour, then remove foil and cook for a further 1 hour. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. From Defrost: OVEN: Electric 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 for 1 hour 10 minutes. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for the time specified. AIR FRYER: This product is suitable for cooking in an Air Fryer. Please refer to the manufacturer’s instructions for your air fryer. Due to the preservatives traditionally used in bacon, the surface of the turkey may turn slightly pink when cooked. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains, and the juices run clear. Drain off any excess liquid and allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat. |
