Warnings Although every effort has been made to remove bones, some small bones may remain. Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw poultry. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Storage instructions Keep refrigerated below 4°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Directions for use Remove all packaging. PAN FRY & OVEN: (Electric 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6) for 10-15 minutes. Place fillets fat side down on a cold dry pan and turn hob to a medium heat. As the pan heats up the fat will start to render from the fillets. Cook until fat is golden in colour. Turn fillets over and continue to cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer the fillets onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of a preheated oven for the time specified above, turning occasionally. Once cooked, cover the fillets, keep warm and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Do not reheat.
