Directions for use Place 75g of rice per person into a sieve and rinse well in running cold water. Add rice to a large pan of boiling water and return to the boil. Stir once, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Drain the rice in a sieve, rinse through with boiling water and serve.
