Grill: Place under a preheated moderate/medium grill and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Shallow Fry: Add to a well oiled frying pan and fry over a medium heat for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
