Directions for use | 1. No need to soak. Rinse thoroughly before cooking. 2. Place 80g of lentils into a large saucepan with 500mll of water. Place the pan over a high heat. 3. Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, until the lentils have softened but are slightly firm to the bite. 4. Drain thoroughly, rinse and use as required. Do not eat raw. Do not reheat. |
