Storage instructions | Keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted. |
Directions for use | All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. SHALLOW FRY/OVEN: Heat 15ml of oil in a saucepan over and add diced beef pieces. Cook over a moderate heat for 4-5 minutes until browned evenly on all sides. Add vegetables, seasoning and 1 pint/ 600ml of water or stock. Bring to the boil. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish and cook on the middle shelf of the oven for the times stated or until the meat is tender. (Electric 160°C/Fan 140°C/Gas 3) for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Ensure that the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Do not reheat. |
