Warnings Although every effort has been made to remove bones, some small bones may remain. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Storage instructions Keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Directions for use Remove all packaging. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. SAUCEPAN: Heat 15 ml of oil in a saucepan and add the diced beef pieces. Cook over a moderate heat for 4-5 minutes until browned evenly. Add vegetables, seasoning and 600ml of water or stock. Transfer to an oven proof dish and place on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for time specified. OVEN: (Electric 160°C/Fan 140°C/Gas 3) for 1.5-2 hours. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
