| Directions for use | Remove all packaging. Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Oven: Place joint in roasting tin, cover with foil and place on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for the time specified (Fan - 170°C, Electric - 190°C, Gas - 5, 35 mins per 500g plus 30 mins). Remove foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking. After cooking, leave to stand for 5-10 minutes before carving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. |
