| Directions for use | Always wash hands, all surfaces, and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging. Boil: Place joint in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes. Remove cooked joint from the water and stand for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. |
