| Directions for use | Remove all packaging. All appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only. Put aside the finishing glaze sachet. OVEN: Place the joint into a suitable roasting tray and place in a pre-heated oven (Electric 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5) and cook for 80 minutes. Carefully remove joint from the oven and apply the sachet of finishing glaze, and cook for a further 10 minutes. After this time, carefully remove joint from the oven, remove the strings, and allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. |
