| Directions for use | All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. MICROWAVE: 750W-3 minutes & 30 seconds, 850W-3 minutes, 1000W-2 minutes & 30 seconds. Remove outer cardboard sleeve, leaving the product in the tray and film. Place tray on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power for the time specified. Leave to rest for 1 minute before removing from the microwave and serving. OVEN: (Electric 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6) for 12-15 minutes. Remove all packaging. Place fillets on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for the time specified above. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. |
